These terms apply to purchases of Jazz’s Lyric Snips Pro and any other digital products sold on jazzcallshome.ca. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are shown before any applicable sales taxes. If sales taxes apply to your order, they are calculated at checkout from the billing address you enter and shown before you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your payment details.
Delivery
Our products are digital. After your payment is confirmed you receive a download link and a personal license key by email and in your account. Download links may expire or have a download limit, so keep a copy of the file.
All sales are final
Because digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy for what we will do if there is a technical problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
License
Your use of the software is governed by the Software License Agreement.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
